Residential Support Worker

An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join a well-regarded Residential Home as a Support Worker due to the fact that members of the team have naturally progressed within their own career; transitioning across the service and to other areas of SocialCare.
**Objective of your role within the service**:
**The service aims to work in partnership with children & young people (Aged 11 - 17) to help achieve positive outcomes for these individuals and ensure they have the best care they deserve.**
**You will achieve this by**:
- **Promoting wellbeing and taking the responsibility for day-to-day care.**:
- **Developing safe, professional supportive and nurturing relationships with Residents.**:
- **Working as part of a close-knit team.**:
- **Promote, practice and comply with all policies, procedures and instructions.**:
- **To participate in individual supervision, training and staff development opportunities as offered.**

**They currently have shifts available as follows**:
**7:30am - 15:00pm**
**2:00pm - 21:30pm**
**21:15pm - 09:15am (Waking night)**
