As a flexible UX Researcher, you will assist with the company’s customer empathy program.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Scale a user panel to include users from a wider range of our client products
- Promote the userpanel to stakeholder across the organisation
- Run interview sessions with the user panel
- Find creative ways to keep the panel engaged (e.g., moderating quarterly Q&A session)
- Excellent interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented skills and the ability to work independently on a variety of tasks
In return for your expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a contract per hour rate of £24.23 to £29.07.
