**Quality Administrator**

- Electronic archiving to ensure that the company ERP system is up-to-date with scanning, uploading and approving
- Facilitating the update of documentation as part of Change Control
- Using standard format templates when carrying out document control of Quality System documentation
- Carrying out document obsoletion where required
- Assisting with updates to our learning management system
- Supporting with ongoing standardisation and Quality projects, supporting - the Quality Compliance Manager, Quality Administrator Supervisors, Quality Engineers & the Quality Assurance Team
- Carrying out data capture and monitoring where required e.g. for Quality Administration processes.

**Essential**:

- GCSE in Maths, English and Science (or equivalent)
- Educated to AS level, A level or equivalent or previous relevant work experience.
- Experience of working within an administration function
- The ability to work within a team
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- To have a methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
- To be flexible to the needs of the business

**Desirable**:

- Quality Assurance Administration background
- Knowledge of quality systems
