We have an opening for an Administrator with a good eye for detail to join our global Quality Assurance team.

The global Quality team are responsible for ensuring that the products we sell in Europe and North America are safe, comply with the law and are of a satisfactory quality to be sold.

Working as part of the administration team the core focus of the role involves processing, examining and analysing test reports; dealing with supplier queries and issues; chasing suppliers for missing testing documents; data entry of test report information and sending out test samples to test houses.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build on their administration experience working in a global team.

We can offer this role on a hybrid basis working 3 days a week at the European HQ in Erdington, Birmingham

**The main areas of responsibility include**:
**Administration**:

- Processing, examining and analysing test reports
- Dealing with supplier queries and issues
- Chasing suppliers for missing testing documents
- Data entry of test report information
- Sending out test samples to test houses

**Legalities**:

- Work with Quality Management on advising Suppliers and Buyers on legal and quality requirements
- Work with Quality Management to improve legal and quality requirements

**Communication**:

- Maintain good communication links
- Communicate with the Quality Administration team to complete tasks and deal with queries in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively and professionally with suppliers and buyers
- Communicate efficiently with the NA Team, QC Team & Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the department

**Customer Service**:

- Maintain a strong customer service focus
- Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction

**What are we looking for?**

To be considered for this role we are looking for the following skills and experience:

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to process large volumes of documentation with accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- The ability to work to deadlines and produce prompt and accurate work
- The ability to take on and retain lots of information regarding the workings on the quality team and the testing of products
- The ability to work as part of a team
