We are delighted to be working with our reputable client based in Worcester to recruit for a Team Leader. With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, their client base is always expanding due to the high levels of tailored solutions and customer satisfactionthey provide.

**The role**:

- Develop and implement processes and procedures
- Ensure KPI’s are hit in relation to delivery of work
- Coach and provide professional development to all team members
- Provide appropriate support to all team members
- Escalation point of contact for queries and responsible for re distribution of these as necessary
- Act as a day-to-day account manager for key clients
- Prepare and issue regular monthly progress reports
- Nurture customer and supplier relationships maintaining revenue streams whilst providing regular updates to clients
- Perform any other ad hoc duties ad required

- High level of leadership and motivational skills
- Organised with a pro active approach
- Excellent time keeping skills and attention to detail
- Ability to develop customer/supplier working relationships
- Strong team player
- Problem solving skills
