A well-known food manufacturing company based in Worcester are searching for a Production Team Leader to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis working Nights Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00.
The company themselves manufacture very well-known brands of sauces.
As a Production Team Leader you will be responsible for:

- Working on the production line manufacturing products.
- Ensure all changes to operations and equipment within your area are risk assessed and prepared to immediately challenge, eradicate or escalate unsafe acts or conditions.
- Ensure all area equipment is maintained to a high standard.
- Quality control and check all products in your area ensuring all H&S and company policies are followed correctly.
- Ensure the line is operating to the required standards and line/process speeds at all times to enable the operational targets to be hit. Packing and sorting tubs of sauce off the production line.
- Other general Production duties.
As a Production Team Leader you will be required to:

- Have previous experience as a Team Leader or in food manufacturing would be beneficial but not essential.
- High attention to detail and a pro-active approach.
- High level of Verbal and Written communication.
- A level of dexterity will be beneficial for this role.
- Ready and willing to work overtime when needed by the business.
