BAM FM is recruiting a Helpdesk Operator on a full time, permanent basis to support school & commercial projects in the South West but based at Blaise High School, Bristol.

**37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks a year. Start between 7.30am and 9am. End between 4.30pm and 6pm. Early, middle and late shift totaling 7.5 working hours per day with an hours lunch.**

**Your mission**
- Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, your main responsibilities will be to operate the FM Helpdesk where you will be required to take calls and log the tasks requested onto a CAFM system.- Issue reactive and planned tasks to site teams and monitor each task through to completion.
- Contact and chase sub-contractors for attendance and paperwork
- Comply with strict contract SLA, ensuring that tasks are completed within agreed timescale.
- Monitor open tasks on a daily basis, chasing contractors and/or staff when required
- Provide administration support to the projects ensuring notes are added to provide the lates update
- Log bookings for internal clients.
- Raising Purchase Orders Reactive and Planned

**Who are we looking for?**
- The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check
