Medical Secretarial Assistant

This is a varied and interesting role that provides secretarial support / basic secretarial cover when required to assist teams in the Medicine Division. The role is busy, and provides a good foundation for working in administration at Salisbury Hospital.
- Provision of general secretarial support to the medical teams as assigned and delegated by team leaders in conjunction with service needs
- Data Entry on to electronic systems.
- Assist with collection of post from the post room and sorting post in department as part of a team.
- Distribute blood and urine investigation forms and equipment to patients
