A new opportunity has arisen within our growing team for a General Operative.

We are Very Displays Ltd (Part of the Trifibre Group), one of the fastest growing manufacturers and suppliers of portable display solutions. We are looking for a driven, ambitious and bright individual that has a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**

As a General Operative you will be responsible for a number of tasks. You will support the graphics department with day to day tasks whilst ensuring that jobs are completed to the highest possible standards.
- To support the graphics team with daily production tasks
- To learn about the print department and the machinery used
- To maintain high standards in all work undertaken within the department
- To gain excellent product knowledge through on-site training
- To report to the Print Manager and have a good working relationship with the internal teams within the business

**Essential Skills & Qualities**
- A keen eye for detail
- A passion for producing high quality work
- Self-motivated with ambition to grow with the business
- Good IT knowledge with a good knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office programs and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
- The ability to work well within a team and within a dynamic environment

**Package**
- Competitive Salary
- Working hours 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with half an hour for lunch
- 23 days annual leave excluding bank holidays
- The opportunity to progress through the business as it grows

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
