Are you an Electrical Engineer operating at perhaps Associate or Associate director level? Do you want to work with one of the most prestigious consultancies in the world on projects that are actually interesting? European Opera Houses, cutting edge science & Research schemes, large scale retrofit commercial buildings and projects in the middle east?

Our client are revered as the premiere consultants and are currently looking for an Electrical Associate Director to join their Building Services team in London.

An opportunity to ignite extraordinary project deliveries across multiple disciplines, fuelling the team's expertise to new heights. You'll be at the helm of business development alongside top MEP leaders, shaping the future of our technical standards and driving unparalleled project successes.

You will be a part of the leadership team within the London office, the MEP team currently sitting at 70 strong, you would be leading teams of up to 40 multidisciplinary engineers on major projects. Some key things they are on the lookout for are, someone with the versatility to seamlessly switch between sectors, with a diverse project portfolio spanning a range of building types. They also really want someone that has the passion to mentor and develop their in house talent.

**Electrical Associate Director Responsibilities**:

- You would act as Project Leader / Director sharing technical and financial deliverables on projects.
- Pushing the boundaries for top-notch designs, ensuring they're sturdy and exceptional.
- Guiding and mentoring on High Voltage systems and resilient designs, setting the bar higher.
- Elevating project standards through high-level technical reviews and leadership.
- Empowering junior members for seamless teamwork through mentorship.
- Juggling project deadlines and optimising resources for maximum impact.
- Crafting engaging workshops to showcase our expertise.
- Championing our integrated services to captivate potential clients.
- Fine-tuning proposals and acing interviews to seal the deal.
- Nurturing client bonds for ongoing opportunities and lasting partnerships.

**Electrical Associate Director Requirements**:

- Experience leading MEP deliverables on projects and acting in a Project Director / Project Leader role on major schemes from £50M upwards.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
- Comfortable in a client-facing role and comfortable presenting.
- HV and Resilient buildings experience would be highly advantageous.
- Chartered with a relevant institution, e.g. CIBSE or IET.
- Relevant qualifications.
