We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team at our Bridge of Allan office. This is a maternity cover role, with the view to building towards a two-Senior Administrator model in the future.

You’ll act as the UK anchor for our administration function, taking ownership of contracts, finance paperwork, and vehicle purchasing. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, is highly organised, and wants to play a central part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing and managing customer contracts, ensuring documentation is correct in every case.
- Organising the purchase of vehicles and handling order documentation.
- Updating CRM records and ensuring data integrity across deals and orders.
- Managing reception calls with professionalism and confidence.
- Working closely with both our UK team and our remote team in Spain to ensure smooth, joined-up operations.

What You’ll Need
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Professional and confident phone manner.
- Experience working with finance paperwork, contracts, or order processing.
- Strong IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Based within commuting distance of Bridge of Allan (office-based role).

- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm. We are also open to part-time hour requests if this is something you are looking for.
