This facility features a state-of-the-art gym and an exercise studio, with plans for future expansion. You will join a dynamic team of Fitness Instructors, Personal Trainers, and Group Exercise Instructors, working together to fulfill our vision of "creating brilliant leisure experiences and active communities." **The Role** We are currently seeking a passionate **Group Studio Cycling Instructor** to lead engaging, high-energy cycling classes. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive, active community through a variety of fitness disciplines. While we are particularly interested in instructors qualified in Spinning and other cycling-based classes, we welcome applicants with diverse class specialties, including Yoga, Pilates, Circuits/Bootcamp, and Les Mills programs. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead inspiring and dynamic group cycling classes that ensure participant safety, motivation, and enjoyment. - Drive high attendance by engaging with members and encouraging new participants. - Assist with class administration and collaborate with the fitness team to ensure seamless operations. - Adhere to and enforce health, safety, and fire regulations within the facility. **What We’re Looking For**: - ** Essential**: Relevant qualifications to teach group cycling or other fitness classes. - ** Desirable**: Experience in a leisure or fitness setting and First Aid certification. - Strong interpersonal and motivational skills to engage participants across all fitness levels. - Ability to supervise facility use, ensure safety, and complete necessary compliance training. **Why Join Us?** Joining LED means becoming part of a vibrant, supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact on community health and well-being.
