**About this role**:
Reporting to our Operations Director you will be responsible for managing day to day activities for the Nkuku warehousing and dispatches. Areas of responsibility will include warehouse management as well as customer delivery management.

**About your key responsibilities**:
**Order Fulfilment and Delivery Management**:
- Work with the Nkuku 3PL partner to ensure that all customer and internal orders are shipped on time in full.
- Obtain quotes for all non-standard deliveries for UK and International deliveries
- Develop, monitor and report on delivery KPI’s
**Returns Process Management**:
- Ensure systems and procedures are in place for the successful return of goods by customers to Nkuku.
- Ensure that returned stock is physically managed correctly within the warehouse.
- Provide reporting of the performance of the returns process and product issues by sector
**Key Account Supply Management**:
- Ensure that Customer Delivery Manuals are created and stored for each Key account.
- Build relationships with Key Account Warehouses / Visit Key account warehouses
- Ensure that Key account orders pass through the warehouse correctly and are dispatched on time to customers.
**Warehouse Control (3PL Warehouse)**:
- Produce 12 month rolling forecast for outbound warehouse activity by sector.
- Update the warehouse on key promotions and marketing activity
- Complete weekly and monthly warehouse visits.
- Ensure that warehouse space is managed effectively.
- Organise monthly warehouse review with Operations Director.
**Warehouse Invoicing**:
- Check the warehouse invoicing has been completed correctly and that all aspects of the invoice are approved.
- Review Dispatch Costs for all Customer Classifications
**Carrier Management**:
- Manage carriers for all deliveries out for all sectors and product groups.
**Packaging Management**:
- Ensure that all stocks of packaging are ordered and held in the correct quantities to maintain successful deliveries.
- Ensure successful recycling of inbound cartons for B2B deliveries.
- Review Packaging performance (Boxes and Void Fill)
- Complete all requirements for the Packaging Waste Directive.
**About your skills and knowledge**:
- 2 years’ experience of working in a supply chain role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills (including the ability to prioritise and multi-task and handle time-sensitive deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment).
- Confidence with tech and an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office - particularly excellent with Excel and spreadsheets
- A creative proactive problem solver
- Builds effective and open relationships with all members of the warehouse and Nkuku team
- Good standard of education, including good numeracy, written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure, all with a can-do attitude
