**Role**:

- A senior leadership role is integral to defining and executing a strategic roadmap that drives brand vision, customer engagement, and sustainable business growth.
- Develop and lead the execution of a high-impact marketing strategy that aligns with brands long-term business goals and brand vision. Focus on initiatives that drive significant brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market expansion.
- Lead the creative direction, ensuring all content and campaigns are on-brand, engaging, and capable of inspiring our customers.
- Assess the risk and reward of potential marketing initiatives, prioritizing efforts that offer the greatest return on investment. Make informed decisions that balance innovation with pragmatic business sense.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles, with a proven track record in brand leadership and team management.
- You excel at seeing the big picture and translating it into actionable strategies. You understand how to allocate resources to initiatives with the highest potential impact and can navigate complex market dynamics
- You have a clear vision for where the brand should go and how to get there. You can inspire your team and the wider organization to buy into that vision and work towards it
- You are skilled at making informed decisions based on a balance of creativity and data. You know how to measure success and make adjustments as needed.

**Offering**:

- Basic salary up to £85,000 - negotiable depending on experience and ability to add value
