**The Role**
We are delighted to be supporting a Northumberland school in its search for an Office Manager. We are looking for either an experienced Office Manager or PA who truly believes in the importance of providing a lifelong love of learning.
- As an office manager, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver the business strategy of the school.
- Ensure the school meets its educational aims in a sustainable and eco-friendly manner.
- Provide professional leadership of non-teaching support staff
- An office manager is also responsible for the HR admin and IT functions of the school
- Overseeing the school office including collecting school income, issuing invoices and purchase orders
- You will provide line management, supervision, and training for developing admin staff
- Ensuring HR and GDPR Compliance

**The Person**
This is an excellent opportunity within education, the role of the office manager is pivitol to the success of the school. We are looking for someone who has worked within education managing a team and is ready to take the next step this can be either a PA,a senior administrator or someone who has previously worked in this role.
