**The Role**: This is a rare opportunity for a results-orientated, hard-working individual with Paraplanning experience to join a rapidly growing and high-impact entrepreneurial business with offices in central London, Horsham, County Durham,and Scunthorpe.

Due to the firm's ongoing success, they have an opportunity for a Paraplanner to join the team ideally in the London office. This is an exciting role working within the Financial Planning arm of a multidisciplinary professional services group which currentlyincludes a National Chartered Accountancy firm, Legal practices, and Business

Joining their team will allow you to work on all aspects of the financial planning process, take on varied responsibilities, and be empowered.

You will be an experienced paraplanner with a few years of experience. The role has arisen as a result of continued growth and the transition of the previous role holder into an advising role.
The working environment is friendly, supportive, and collaborative. They have a strong development and coaching culture to enable you to develop the technical and soft skills to enable your success, achieve your own goals, and take on further responsibilities.

This is a varied role, providing support to a holistic financial planner, including estate and succession planning, pensions, investments, and tax-efficient products.
You will have the opportunity to build cash flow models, undertake technical analysis, write reports, and provide first-class support for clients.

**Desired Skills**
- Some experience working with DB Pension Transfers would be beneficial.
- Microsoft Office, including intermediary Excel
- Knowledge and use Of Salesforce as a CRM platform.

The role requires the ability to:

- Plan, organise and prioritise
- Interpret, use, and evaluate numerical and graphical data
- Write concise, understandable reports and meeting documentation
- Work with initiative and respond to a variety of enquiries
- Undertake analytical and research
- Ability to interact with clients in a confident, positive, and professional manner

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum two years’ experience within an IFA environment
