Sales Office Administrator

**D**uties of the Administrator*
- General Office Duties i.e. Filing, Answering telephones, keeping Office Tidy & Clean etc
- Answering incoming calls
- Order inputting
- Using excel - inputting data
- Liaise with the Sales Director and Office Manager
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To be Prepared to help in any other Department where necessary
- New sales enquiries
- Speaking to customers, building repour
- Leading into a Sales Admin Role
- Show commitment to customer care and provide a quality of service to all customers through demonstrating patience and empathy
- Multi-tasking, working to strict deadlines and timescales & prioritising and organising your own workloads especially under time pressures
- A self - starter with the ability to know when issues need to be escalated
- Ability to learn new products & processes
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Positive attitude
- Passionate about work
- Willingness to accept change
- Adaptable to be able to respond quickly to changing demands and events
- Interest to learn
- Respecting the roles of others
- Conscientious and self-motivated
