-This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced structured originator to join the global oil business within the Commodity Markets and Finance division in EMEA. - What role will you play?You will join the team as Senior Structured Originator focused on originating primarily physical transactions in the oil space in EMEA. These are structured transactions that provide innovative and unique solutions to our customers leveraging our financing, risk management, trading and/or logistics capabilities globally.
- What you offer- 8+ years' relevant experience in the oil market in a bank, trader and/or corporate, ideally with focus on commodity finance and/or structured finance
- Strong understanding of the market, players and the suite of commodity financing structures - ownership structures, prepayments, secured facilities and letters of credit/receivables
- An existing network of contacts and ability to grow the business through developing new relationships through targeted approaches
- A risk management mindset, with experience in dealing with various internal stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of delivering results
