**What We Are Looking For**: Are you ready to drive impactful working capital solutions for Rabobank’s Wholesale clients? We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Value Chain Finance (VCF) team in Europe, Africa & Asia (EA&A), with a strategic focus on the German market. **Who Are Value Chain Finance**: Value Chain Finance has a key focus on the origination and structuring of new working capital transactions involving assets such as trade receivable, supply chain finance and inventory finance. We are committed to growing our business by offering existing and new products to clients and prospects within Rabobank Wholesale. Over the past years we have grown steadily and continue to be one of the key growth areas within the bank. In order to continue this success we need you **Your Role**: As a VCF Originator and Structurer, you will lead the evaluation, origination, and execution of VCF transactions in Germany. You will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative working capital solutions to our clients, aligning with the broader goals of the VCF team and Rabobank’s strategic vision. **What You’ll Do**: - Identify opportunities, originate and structure VCF transactions with a focus on Germany - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Legal, Credit Risk Management, and Coverage Bankers - Ensure alignment with Rabobank Group’s standards and strategic objectives - Meet and exceed business and personal performance targets through proactive engagement and execution. **What You’ll Bring**: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional teams - Proven experience in delivering working capital solutions across receivables finance and supply chain finance - A strategic mindset with a passion for delivering client-centric solutions. **Your Talents**: - Professional and intellectual ability on Master degree level (desirable) - Experience as an Originator & Structurer of structured working capital solutions - Expert in the area of receivables finance and other working capital solutions - Creative problem solving skills, highly motivated and positive attitude - Strong and proven commercial skills (ability to grow a successful business) - You speak German fluently (essential) **Together We Achieve More Than Alone**: We believe in the power of difference.
