**Would you like to be part of our friendly reception team at Blackfen Chiropractic Clinic?**

**We are currently recruiting for a part time weekday receptionist. The total hours will be approximately 12.5 hours per week, spread over 2 days. The hours of work are 1pm - 7.15pm.**

**As well as being the face of our business and responsible for patients’ non-clinical experience within our practice, there are also general clinic administration tasks to be completed.**

We'd love to hear from you if you:

- Have reception experience, ideally within a clinic environment.
- Can offer a positive, friendly and helpful customer service to our patients, both in person and on the telephone.
- Have excellent communication skills and a mature and caring attitude towards others.
- Are well organised and proactive, enjoying tackling administrative tasks and making improvements.
- Are confident working on a computer with a range of software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Take personal responsibility and pride for the quality and timeliness of work.
- Would like to work in a team focused on maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction with the services offered by the clinic.
- Have the ability to adapt to changes and to respond effectively to changing circumstances.
