Hotel Services Supervisor

Job Introduction

As a Supervisor within HCRG Care Group you’ll join a team who are focused on cleaning clinical and office areas to an excellent standard.

Your days will be _rewarding _and include supervising 2 teams across 2 hospital sites, auditing, cleaning the Ward, offices and clinic environment and providing an excellent hospitality service to our patients.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00, although flexibility will be required within the hours of 07:00 and 20:00 including some weekends when cover is needed.

Main Responsibilities
As a Supervisor you’ll join a team who are focused on delivering impeccable customer service and cleanliness standards for our service users and staff. This really makes our service users and staff feel the difference.

Your days will be **challenging but rewarding **and include Supervising, auditing, cleaning** clinical and office areas and maintaining an excellent level of cleanliness.**

Your base will be Sittingbourne Memorial Hospital; however you will be required to travel/work from Sheppey Community Hospital.

Every day is different and you will also need to have Infection Control, Health & Safety, food hygiene and COSHH knowledge.

Essential criteria:

- 2 years minimum within a cleaning environment
- Experience of managing a team and leading by example
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate including food preparation and cooking methods
- Excellent communication skills
- 'can do' attitude
- Self-motivated and pro-active team player with ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work within company and national guidelines and policies
- Ability to pay attention to detail and presentation
- To undertake training according to role
- Time management skills, prioritising workload and self management

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
