The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate the following;
Must have 3-5 years experience in bike repair workshop and should reflect on your CV, although exceptions will be entertained

A recognised cycle maintenance and repair Level 2 Qualification, such as City and Guilds, Cytech, or equivalent. Unqualified mechanics with extensive workshop experience and a proven track record may also be considered.

Repairing and servicing customers bikes.

Building custom build bike's and wheel's

Booking in bikes for repairs and liaising with customers, face to face, online and on the telephone.

Estimating costs (labour & parts) and providing customer quotes.

Ability to work alone, under pressure and problem solve without supervision.

Knowledge of suppliers and placing orders for customers.

Checking in stock deliveries and accurately logging the use of parts inventory on an ongoing basis.

Maintaining a tidy working environment.

Salary depending on experience
