We’re looking for a Production Administrator to join our Energy division on both a permanent and fixed term basis within Score Group based at our facility in Peterhead.

**About the role**.
The Production Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the production team, assisting with processing all jobs for repair, supply or exchange. They will also be involved with data gathering and reporting throughout the production and manufacturing process.

Primary responsibilities
- Opening and processing of all / repair / supply / exchange jobs
- Produce all paperwork required for the relevant job
- Produce weekly sales invoices and update all registers accordingly
- Arrange weekly production meetings, providing minutes and recording information discussed
- Update and maintain various data gathering reports where applicable
- Accurately update information to produce monthly/yearly TAT and KPI reports
- Providing reports/financial data as and when required
