We are a growing residential property maintenance business focusing on gardening.

We are a small, dedicated team, and pride ourselves on delivering top, industry-standard quality of works, with a highly personal and friendly service.

This is a field-based role which involves visiting different sites around the areas we cover, carrying out a range of tasks.

The current area we cover is London and the Home Counties but may cover more areas with expansion of the business.

As our Maintenance Gardener, you will:
General garden works
- Gardening experience is essential.
- Maintain and grow the garden to ensure it meets specific requirements and expectations.
- Perform basic maintenance such as cutting the grass, emptying bins, managing weed control and leaf raking, shrub trimming & leaf blowing.
- Maintain a clean garden by clearing rubbish and litter from the garden and grounds.
- Provide guidance to management on matters related to the garden.
- General maintenance of garden (front of building)
- Removing and green waste from site.

It is essential that you:

- Are highly organised.
- Have a flexible attitude, being adaptable to changes and great time management/organisation skills.
- Have a Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Have Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Are Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Are fluent in English both written and verbally.
- Hold a Full clean driving license and can drive a manual transmission van.

Salary - £28k per year

competitive salary offered depending on experience.

This job involves traveling and you will be supplied with a company van, uniform and fuel card.

Areas of traveling: Essex, London, Kent & around the M25.

Experience in gardening is essential.

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
