MEDIA FINANCE LAWYER LEADING MEDIA PRACTICE OPEN TO BANKING/FINANCE LAWYERS c.2-5 YEARS' PQE Our client is a leading media and entertainment practice with some of the most exciting clients in film, TV, video games and music. We currently have a fantasticopportunity for an associate to join the Film and TV team with a focus on Media Finance. You will enjoy working with a range of high profile clients and will have access to a broad range of work, which will include advising on all matters relating to the financingof films and television programmes. There will be an opportunity to develop specialist expertise, industry knowledge and client relationships and all lawyers contribute to business development and support the continued growth of the practice. The ideal candidatewill be a finance lawyer with 2-5 years PQE. You might have experience in any form of media finance, general finance, banking, or asset/project finance. Although specific entertainment finance is desirable, it is not essential. Our client is looking for astrong team player who is proactive, enthusiastic and able to work autonomously. You will enjoy working under pressure and to tight deadlines. As well as showing initiative and drive, you will have a strong academic record and experience drafting financingand security agreements.
