We're looking for a Measurement Strategy Senior Lead who expects more from their career. It's a chance to extend and improve the Tesco Media & Insight Platform. It's an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global advertisers.

Joining our team, you'll work with world class and passionate people to drive the performance of advertising on our platform, working externally with advertisers, as well as internally with cross functional teams to ensure we are embedding high quality training, learning agendas and testing plans across our biggest clients and products

**What you'll be working on**
- Work directly with clients and internal strategy, planning & sales teams to establish the core behaviours & ways of working for a measurement-first approach to media planning
- Help define and guide new ways of working that enable measurement strategy to inform channel, creative & audience optimisation
- Support our media planning team with measurement frameworks to help answer our clients' biggest business challenges and support the development of learning agendas
- Support in the delivery of a programme of thought leadership to highlight the performance of our media portfolio
- Support in client conversations, presentations of results, and consult internally with the sales teams to advise them on advertising measurement best practices

**What we expect from you**
- Extensive experience in advertising measurement methodologies and technologies (MMM, MTA, Controlled experiments)
- Extensive client-facing experience, partnering with clients and agencies to deliver measurement frameworks and test & learn plans
- Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, comfortable with campaign performance analysis and interpretation
- Experience in developing measurement strategy, working closely with product teams and influencing product roadmaps
