If your answer to these questions is “yes”, then our vacant Operational Lead post in our Adult Learning Disability Services may be for you

As an active member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will lead and champion all professional groups across the Adult Learning Disability Services.

You will be responsible for inspiring, motivating and empowering staff to deliver the highest possible standards of care; mindful of the challenges and opportunities afforded by Blended working and the lessons learned during the pandemic.

Our second annual Service User and Carer Survey (2021) received many positive comments including: “Excellent service” “The staff are always helpful” “They are always there for us when needed” “Mega good” “Always supportive and they know what to do if there are any issues.” The position is available due to the retirement of the current post holder and we are keen to attract applicants who can support us to continue and expand upon the excellent work our teams deliver everyday.
