This is a full-time position offering 35 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Southampton store.

As a Cash Office Responsible, your main responsibility is the shop floor and office administration. You train, inform, and support the store team to ensure they are knowledgeable and competent in stock, cash, banking, and all other H&M procedures. You also ensure we always meet the expectations of our customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

- Complete all cash handling, accounting, and personnel requirements in a secure, accurate, and timely manner.
- Supporting the sales in store by encouraging efficiency through best practice, being responsible for all technical equipment (tills, scanners, and back office etc)
- Working alongside the management team you keep the store informed of all administrative policies and routines, through training and education.

**Additional Information**
Availability 7 days fully flexible, weekends included. Unfortunately, this is not a position that we are able to offer sponsorship for under the skilled worker route.
