**Detailed Job Description**:
As part of the clients business continuity and exit management strategy, we require a Resilience Solution Architect to oversee design and implementation of the clients backup solution for Fusion business critical files. Other activities would include generalbusiness continuity and exit management oversight.

**The role will require**:

- **Oracle Fusion Experience**:

- Knowledge around various cloud offerings (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS).
- **Data Backup Solutions Experience**:

- Previous experience on providing disaster recovery services and formulating data backup solutions.
- Knowledge around various offerings providing data backup solutions in line with the clients strategic tool set.
- Initiate and plan delivery of the data migration activity.
- Analyse Fusion data elements, performing fusion system data analysis in order to manage the backup solution design.
- Delivering Data Technical and functional specifications.
- Document all software/tools created and script all technical migration tasks.
- Document Data Migration Strategy, Approach and Recovery and agree sign-off with stakeholders.
- Past working experience of the governance structures for systems spanning corporate systems, finance systems and at a global and regional level.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Must be able to work with and influence senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Identify stakeholders including system owners, technical architects, developers and test teams and provide contacts as appropriate to the relevant teams within the project (architecture, integration, test and security work streams).
- Engage with IT service lines in implementing the approved design.
- Ensure clear communication between the programme and the system owners.
