**Conference & Event Porter**:
**What is the main purpose of the role?**

You key focus in this role is to ensure that all our guests receive the agreed high standards of service and customer care. The Conference Crew are responsible for setting up and servicing all Conference & Event Rooms with the main focus on attention to detail, ensuring all customer needs are accomodated to result in a high level of satisfaction.

It would also be advantageous if you were to possess the following qualifications:

- NVQ in Customer Service
- First Aid certificate
- Level 2 Food Safety
- Level 2 Health and Safety
