**Receptionist/Administrator**
The role
- Welcoming visitors (in person or on the telephone)
- Monitoring logbook/issue visitor badges.
- Answering or referring enquiries.
- Daily management of meeting room calendars.
- Preparation of meeting rooms.
- Sorting and distributing post/deliveries.
- Visitor hospitality - arrange drinks/food etc.
- Support with the Company’s training programme as and when required
- Book hotel accommodation, flights, trains, car parking and taxis etc.
- Ordering supplies/refreshments.
- Other administration tasks as and when required.
Profile
- Significant experience in a Reception role.
- Strong working knowledge of IT packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- The ability to build professional relationships with others.
- Good organisation skills.
- Previous experience running a booking system.
- Strong diary management skills.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written skills.
What do we offer?
- Commencing on 25 days holiday per annum (full time employees) plus Bank Holidays.
- 20 hours per week.
- Monday-Friday 1:00pm-5.00pm.
