**Payroll Maternity Cover - Part Time - Croydon**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Payroll Manager** to join our payroll team in a temporary maternity cover position in our **Croydon** office.

Key responsibilities are:

- prepare monthly payroll reports and make submissions Inc. pension returns for external clients
- CIS return submissions
- P11D return preparation and submissions
- processing of starters and leaver forms
- ad hoc payroll questions and queries Inc. SMP, Sick pay and holiday entitlement
- minimum of 5 years working within an accountancy practice
- relevant payroll qualification or qualified by experience
- payroll qualification would be desirable
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- strong organisational skills
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- awareness of confidentiality and need for discretion
- good understanding of Microsoft Office

A generous remuneration package includes:

- salary range £28,000 - £32,000 (FTE)
- part time hours available - up to 25-30 hours per week
