Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a **Showroom Host **to join their business based out of their **Toyota Edgware **Dealership.

As a **Showroom Host, **you are responsible for engaging with customers day to day, you will have great interpersonal skills as you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all customers. You will be managing various customers at any one time and ensuring each customer has a positive and enjoyable experience.

About the role of **Showroom Host**:

- Meet and greet customers and introduce yourself as the **Showroom Host**
- Assess when to engage with customers and when to leave them to browse
- Guide visitors to the hub, children’s area and information centre, encouraging them to utilise the facilities available
- Offer customers refreshments and make them feel welcome
- Work with the management team to support promotions or events with changes to the showroom environment
- Ensure all brochures are well stocked, in the right place and up to date

**About you**
- Excellent levels of customer service and communication
- Computer literate
- Have experience in sales ideally over the phone (ideal)
- Work efficiently under pressure and to set targets
- Be polite, friendly and persuasive
