Our common goal

Vitra is seeking a welcoming and professional Showroom Host to create a memorable experience for visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations, assisting visitors, handling enquiries, coordinating events, and supporting showroom maintenance.

Additionally, the Showroom Host will act as a first aider and fire marshal to ensure safety and compliance within the premises.

What you can expect

  • Greet visitors and provide excellent service
  • Manage phone, email, deliveries, and postal services
  • Maintain showroom presentation and facilities
  • Oversee diary, organize events and client visits
  • Support building operations and administrative tasks

How you can convince

  • 3+ years' experience in hosting or customer service
  • Strong communication, organizational, and admin skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented, able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Willing to be a first aider and fire marshal
