We have an exciting opportunity for a **Talent & Recruitment Partner - IT & Fintech** to join our team.

Location: Manchester

**Salary**: £25K - £35k (dependent on experience) Basic + Comms and excellent benefits package, part-time working considered and flexible hours for parents.

This recruitment role could be right up your street if so. If you’re particularly frustrated with having to spend too much of your time doing sales, and not getting enough time to make your placements happen, then this will really be of interest.

**Talent & Recruitment Partner - **The Role:
We are currently looking to expand our team and add somebody that can work as an all-round talent partner and search consultant. You will work directly with clients to understand their requirements so you can identify, attract, and place some brilliant peoplewith them. Some of these clients are already in place and you’ll be given projects to work on from day one. We have an excellent new business model across the business which means there is a constant stream of fresh vacancies to resource and account manage.This role would suit someone who gets a kick out of the recruitment and client management side of things but doesn’t love the sales.

**Talent & Recruitment Partner - **Key Responsibilities:

- Work with client contacts to fulfil projects but also to grow the relationship
- Grow your accounts through excellent delivery and account management

**Talent & Recruitment Partner - **You**:

- Engaging, energetic and a good communicator both verbally and written
- Experience as a recruiter potentially in an agency, search firm, recruitment outsource provider, or internal recruitment team
