Revenue & Collections Supervisor - Top West Law Firm - Flexible Agile Working

£60,000 to start, plus excellent benefits

This forward thinking, flexible law firm, is currently seeking a Revenue & Collections Supervisor to assist with WIP, billing and collection of debts. You will supervise the preparation and processing of bills and credit notes in line with VAT rules andcollections, meeting Solicitors Accounts Rules and working closely with the Client Accounting Specialists in the US.

**_You must have previous experience working within a Supervisory Role_**

Some responsibilities include:

- Regular meetings with Partners/others to discuss billings, accounts receivable, and escalating areas of concern where necessary
- Issue credit notes when required
- Monitor and work with remote billers in the US office to ensure that all SRA and VAT rules are followed
- Working with remote billers in the US Dayton office to ensure that all SRA and VAT rules are followed
- To prepare quarterly output VAT for sales to European offices
- Assist on budgets on matters and preparing costs information for clients/matters for hearings etc

Skills required:

- Previous experience using 3E accounting software
- Ability to deal with time critical issues.
- Great attention to detail
- Multi-currency knowledge
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Great people management skills
