Customer Service Representative
Our Pensions team deal with incoming calls from a wide range of members and their beneficiaries regarding their pension, you will be part of a specialist and knowledgeable team supporting with various pension enquiries. You will get involved in a wide variety of calls, it’s never a boring day here.
**What will you deliver?**
- After your in-depth training period you will be able to handle a wide range of queries within agreed service levels.
- Working in your team, you’ll be supported and encouraged by your Team Manager to develop your skills within a fast paced environment.
- Your training will be virtual and very comprehensive to ensure you are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to be able to handle every call efficiently.
**Who are we looking for?**
- You display empathy and know how to build and maintain a strong rapport with members.
- Your expertise and passion for customer experience will mean that you will do whatever it takes to resolve each enquiry quickly and efficiently.
- You have first class communication skills, great attention to detail and an ability to prioritise and use your initiative.
- You’ll enjoy learning and have an interest in providing first class customer service.
