**Customer Service Representative with Polish Language - Remote UK**

- Salary: £21,716.20 per annum and an opportunity to earn an additional £1,066.67 annual performance-based bonus.

- Guaranteed 40 hours per week - 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday / 1 in 4 weekends 9:00 - 17:30

**What we are looking for**:

- Technical Knowledge_
- Knowledge of Android OS and/or iOS is desirable
- Experience with web computing
- Knowledge and experience using Cloud storage services is desirable
- Communication & Customer Support_
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills
- Proven success in complex work environments while utilizing multiple tools across different channels
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems while proactively looking for solutions and proposing improvements
- You do this with grit, initiative, and ownership to see things through completion
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members at all levels
- Excellent verbal, written, grammar and interpersonal communication skills in supporting language & English
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in a brand's voice, clear and simple, with a proper dose of empathy.
- Patient, exceptional listener who enjoys problem solving and educating others
- Excellent customer service skills, with a good grasp of understanding customers' needs by asking appropriate probing questions

**Temporary remote working requirements**:
In order to be successful in this home-based role, there are some minimum requirements to consider:

- A LAN cable is preferable but not essential providing your internet meets the below minimum speeds:

- Minimum Download speed - 10Mbps, Minimum Upload Speed - 1Mbps
- Able to work in a private and distraction free space that must have a door that you can close to keep out noise and where your screen will not be visible to others due to Data Protection.
- You will need a desk and suitable chair to work from comfortably and professionally.
- Prior to your first day with us, we will provide you with the technology necessary to perform your role.
- This role is temporarily home-based, our client will determine if this pilot has been successful. Whilst the roles are permanent, your requirement to attend the office may change depending on client requirement and in line with your employment contract.
