Heels & Brogues Group are currently working with a very established client in Newton Aycliffe, who currently require 2 FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join their team on a Temp to Perm contract.

You will work on an initial 12-week Temporary Contract before moving over to the clients’ books on a Permanent basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Loading & Unloading 45ft articulated curtain sided trailers
- Hand Sortation of pallets
- Operate the Forklift Truck in a safe and controlled manner
- Raise any Health & Safety issues/accidents to the Shift Supervisor
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- Daily, inspect forklift trucks and, if necessary, report any defects found
- Goods in/Goods out
- Other duties required by the client

**Requirements/Experience**:

- An RTITB or equivalent counterbalance FLT certificate is an essential requirement
- Previous counterbalance experience
- Fit & well to work as this is a physically demanding job
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well within a team as well as independently

**Hours & Pay**:
08:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday with 1-hour for lunch.

£10.50PH - £11.00 (DOE)
