iMultiply are working with this progressive and modern non-profit organisation to recruit a permanent Head of Finance besed in Glasgow. This role offers flexible working, up to 4 days per week from home and represents an opportunity to make a real impact on the business and bring fresh ideas to the role.**The Company**

The role of Head of Finance will report to the Finance Director. Responsibilities for the successful individual will include but are not limited to;
- Lead the finance team of 6,
- Be given significant autonomy and responsibility to deliver in their role,
- Be responsible for overseeing the delivery of month and year end accounts,
- Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors,
- Prepare management reporting packs presenting to the board and the audit & risk committee.

To be considered for the role you must:

- Be a Qualified Accountant,
- Have experience of preparing management accounts,
- Have experience with accounting software packages,
- Have excellent communication and relationship building skills,
- Have excellent MS Office Excel literacy, including pivot tables, vlookups etc.**On Offer**
