**_Salary: £24,000_**

Our branches are busy places, with lots going on inside and out. As a Customer Service Assistant / Relief Driver, your role will be essential to keeping our branch running smoothly. From serving our customers in the yard to loading vehicles ready for delivery(and occasionally being out on the road delivering too), you'll be at the heart of our operations. The role is predominantly based outside, which means you'll face the cold of winter and the warmth (hopefully) of summer, but we'll provide you with the thingsyou need to do the job, whatever the weather

You'll join Gibbs & Dandy St Neots, but also work as a relief Driver at St Ives and Huntingdon which are all part of The Cambridgeshire Cluster. This branch is well-established and busy, with a friendly team of 10 who work hard to offer a great service andexcellent product knowledge.?We have a sales office, warehouse, shop & counter, showroom and two customer delivery vehicles. The Cluster has a team of 35 offering a full range of services and a fleet of 6 delivery vehicles.

**So, what are we looking for?**
- A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a 'customer 1st' attitude
- The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive team player
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
- Previous experience completing multi-drop deliveries
- A forklift licence would also be an advantage, however it's not essential as we can organise this for you
