**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Utilise software such as Sage and Excel to track sales data and generate analytical reports.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain an organised filing system for sales documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure all necessary tools and systems are functioning optimally for the sales team.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets by coordinating activities and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential; experience with Sage software is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new software as required.

Pay: £39,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
