-Be part of a generalist advisory team offering the chance to engage in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other advisory activity across multiple sectors and geographies, including the UK, Europe, and globally. We are looking for innovative, driven and talented students who share our drive for excellence to join us in our London office for a period of 4 to 6 months from September 2025 and January 2026.

**What role will you play?**
As an off-cycle intern, you will experience first-hand how we are helping our clients, and partners realise opportunity as part of our Macquarie Capital team. Your responsibilities could include analysing potential investment opportunities, financial modelling, creating approval papers, internal and external presentations, market analysis, and providing due diligence support, all whilst sitting side by side experienced colleagues who will support you as you learn and build new skills. Subject to deal flow, you will also assist in the originating and executing of live transactions across industry sectors including Software and Services; Financial Institutions Group (FIG); Consumer, Gaming and Leisure; Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and more.
**What you offer**
- You are a student in your final or penultimate year of university (bachelor or master) and are looking to gain working experience quickly versus a structured programme.
- Intellectual curiosity and aptitude for problem solving and numerical analysis
