**Job Title: Customer Engagement Officer** **Work Pattern: 40 hours per week** **Contract: Permanent** **Location: Epsom KT17** **Salary: £32,000 plus £1,200 car allowance per annum** **Job Role -** - Lead on engagement activities, promoting innovation and good practice across the organisation, including any new approach such as Co-Creation in the design of service improvements. - Lead in the promotion and production of marketing and advertising materials for engagement events. - Assist the Customer Experience Manager on facilitating the Scrutiny Panel and manage all scrutiny events. - Facilitate all resident involvement events in collaboration with operational teams. - Provide support to staff in dealing with and understanding customer feedback by providing training, making recommendations, sharing good practice, and providing information on key trends and themes to support performance improvement. - Support compliance with Equality and Diversity legislation by working with teams to ensure understanding of customer groups, accessibility, and satisfaction. - Target all engagement events to meet the diverse needs of our residents and ensure they help Rosebery meet regulatory requirements. - Develop current Service Improvement Groups, Voice Surveys, etc. and new initiatives to encourage greater numbers of residents getting involved. - Support local engagement groups, including associations, clubs, focus groups, community events and other local similar groups and events. - A good understanding of customer experience. - Experience of delivering community engagement/empowerment. - Knowledge and understanding of a range of community engagement systems and techniques. - Ability to process and analyse complex data. - A comprehensive understanding of how various forms of raw data can be used to inform service improvement through analysis and segmentation). - Excellent, evidenced customer care skills and a "people" focused approach to service delivery and track record of engaging with customers.
