**Head Of Front of House**
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week
**Shift pattern**: Your shifts will be on a rota basis, covering on average 2 COMs shifts a week.
You are expected to work weekends and bank holidays as part of the normal business operating hours.
**Input Title ** Shifts are as followed:
Weekday: 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00
Weekend/Bank Holiday: 07:30 - 14:00, 14:00 - 20:00
**Salary: £27,000 per annum**

**Overview**:
To ensure the Lanes team always remain motivated and focused whilst sharing Lanes Health
Clubs Vision and Purpose.
To ensure the club is operated consistently to Lanes Health Clubs Standards. Ensure each and every member receives a warm and welcoming experience from all team players on every visit.
To ensure all revenue targets are achieved and all costs controlled whilst maintaining a safe and healthy environment for members.
Be the finest ambassador of Lanes Health Clubs - personally demonstrating the Lanes
Operating Principals in line with the standards set out in “Team member Induction” and consistently role-model the highest standards of behaviour to other employees.
Maintain a positive, productive working relationship with all other employees. Help to create an environment where all employees enjoy themselves whilst at work and make a real contribution to the success of the club ‘’Teamwork makes the dream work’’

As the custodian of brilliant basics, you will need to ensure that the team is motivated to eliminate compromise in these areas, never accepting second best and driving a culture where all staff align to our Vision, Philosophy and Core Values.**Service**_

- Ensure any maintenance issues are reported immediately.
- Ensure posters/communications we use with members are on ‘Brand’ and consistent with our Communication Guidelines
**Safety**
- To ensure Safety is your highest priority.
- Ensure that you always remain aware of the importance of safety.
- Ensure that you complete your Health Safety training and follow the NOP’s and
EAP’s
- Ensure that you report any issues/concerns immediately.
