**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Digital Concession Admin to join and support our Digital Concessions team. The Digital Concessions team manage new and existing online partnerships, allowing for the AllSaints brand to be shopped on multiple partner sites across the world. This is a really exciting time for the team as we continue to grow our online portfolio and customer reach.

The Admin will be responsible for the daily management of the team calendar and any administrative duties. As well as that, they will gain Digital experience by having the responsibility of monitoring the partner sites to ensure all our product listings are live and in good order to maximise our profit potential. They will also have involvement in stakeholder meetings, taking notes and also preparing before and after meeting presentations, using our internal reporting systems to gather important sales information.
**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Daily site walks on partner website to ensure product listings are live
- Live checks on partner website depending on business requirements
- Regular price checks on partner sites
- Use our internal reporting systems to gather important sales information
- Send brand imagery and seasonal assets to partners
- Manage the marketing calendar, amending for any new plans or any changes made ahead of the weekly marketing meeting
- Attend weekly departmental meetings (DC, Studio, merch), take notes and circulate actions if necessary
- Manage the Digital Concessions team weekly action plan
- Support the Digital Account Manager and coordinator on any administrative tasks
- Assist in preparing for executive meetings, drafting reports and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings

**WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?**
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
- Previous experience in an administrative role beneficial
- Understanding of sales reports from internal software systems
- Excellent organisational skills
- Immaculate attention to detail
- A team player that is willing to get involved with multiple tasks
- Confident in their approach to working with stakeholders
- Proactive and ability to work at pace
- Great communication and time management skills
- Strong understanding of the AllSaints brand and our industry
