EBCF are looking for an Employability skills tutor. You will be supporting with the delivery and ensuring high quality training is given to all learners.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

As an IT tutor your main roles and responsibilities will include:

- Delivery of employbality skills to learners
- Ensure learners are on track with learning
- To support learners with any needs that they may require
- Providing feedback on leaner progress
- To manage a caseload independently to ensure that all targets are met
- Stay up to date with course materials and developing new material should it be required.

**What skills are we looking for?**

You must be dedicated to delivering motivating and inspiring teaching and learning to unleash the potential of our students and you will be expected to prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans and provide appropriate academic support to individual students as required.
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of teaching techniques
- Effective research skills

**Requirements**:

- Relevant teaching qualification e.g. PTTLS/DTLLS/CTLLS/PGCE
- Teaching experience minimum of 1 year
- DBS
- Prior experience of working towards targets
