**Title**: Supply Chain Planner **Salary**:£28,000 - £30,000, depending on experience **Location**: Egham - hybrid, minimum working 3 days in office Contract type: full time, permanent This is an excellent position that is responsible for monitoring and controlling the supply plan to ensure that sales forecast will be fulfilled on time for our client based in Egham. You must be able to start as soon as possible and commit to a permanentposition. **Responsibilities will include**: - Proactively work with other members of the team, sales operating companies, and internal customers to capture sales above forecast - Work collaboratively with other planners in the team to create and deliver short term and long-term supply plan within agreed cost in the optimal way - Liaise with vendors to ensure stock availability - Liaise with business stakeholders of recovery plan with to minimise the shortage in supply - Control and manage inventory against agreed DOI and set up replenishment plan - Identify constraints in supply plan and provide solution plans to the business - Work with Line Manager to analyse demand vs. supply and provide business with improvement plans - Support and engage in a culture of continuous improvement in all tasks, process, and cost opportunities - Produce and assist with daily reports - Proactively communicate supply issues with both internal and external customers **What we are looking for**: - Experience in supply chain field - Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system - IT competency, with excellent Excel knowledge - Ability to pick up new systems quickly - A "can-do" attitude - Ability to work flexibly and thrive in a varied environment - Able to work under pressure and still maintain a high level of accuracy - Able to manage high workloads with ability to organise and prioritise conflicting deadlines within a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain process Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
