Project Management and Supply Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Management and Supply Executive. As a Project Management and Supply Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for the company. You will be responsible for handling various operational processes, analysing data, and implementing strategies for ongoing supply of products to market and the related tasks necessary to keep the company’s products supplied on time and in full. This role involves working cross functionally in areas of Supply Chain, Regulatory problem solving and planning, Artwork generation and amendments in compliance with regulatory frameworks, Marketing, and Finance data analytics - escalating where required to the Sales and Operations Manager. No prior experience required, although Pharmacy or related degree is preferred; on the job training will be provided.
**Duties & responsibilities**
Includes but not limited to:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock and sales data, customer records, contracts.
- Market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Regulatory to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving objectives.
- Sales data analysis and monitoring to identify trends and patterns. Provide regular reports and insights to Management.
- Stock management including sending purchase orders and forecasts.
- Coordinate transportation and delivery of products; product release processes.
- Assist Sales and Operations Manager in day-to-day activities and tasks.
- Communicating with external customers, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Creation and maintenance of product artworks
- Working in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Essential**
Qualifications / Training
- Degree in Pharmacy preferred or related field as a minimum
Knowledge / Experience
- No prior experience required; on the job training will be provided
Skills / Abilities
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills
- Numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced level on MS Office, with particular proficiency in Excel
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Ability to engage with team, customers, and management
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to deliver reporting that informs strategic decisions

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
