The Client Direct PM is responsible for looking after multiple projects at any one time working for and with one sole client. We are recruiting for two positions, both hybrid between remote working and client sites. One with a requirement to be in and around London with the other in Cambridge. Key Responsibilities Perform work on multiple projects within the budgeted cost and to the satisfaction of the client. Monitor the progress and performance against the programme, identifying, resolving, escalating operational problems and minimizing delays. Ensure successful and profitable execution by following standards and supporting the implementation of processes and SOP's that drive consistency. Liaison with other internal departments, clients and contractors / AV integrators. Ensure that the H&S files are in place for your projects and that safe systems of work are put in place. Understand the contractual requirements of your projects and local regulations in regions. Ensure that technical and drawing information is available and correct to allow others to perform their works in an efficient manner adhering to client sign off procedures. Financial management of your projects including invoicing and variations. Deal with all aspects interfacing of audio visual systems the client's buildings this will encompass both hardware and software interfaces.
